How do I book a webinar or seminar?
Answer: Booking for the webinars and seminars are on our website. To watch a short video clip of how to book please click here.  Please note there is no sound on the clip.

When will I receive information about my webinar?
Answer: Joining instructions are sent to the delegate around 2 working days before the webinar.

When will I receive information about my seminar?
Answer: Joining instructions are sent to the delegate one week before the seminar.

How long after the webinar has taken place will I receive the recording and slides?
Answer: You will receive the recording and slides within 3 working days after the webinar.

How long after the seminar has taken place will I receive the slides?
Answer:
You will receive the slides within 3 working days after the seminar.

How can I view past webinar recordings?
Answer: Free webinar recordings can be viewed here. If the webinar is not free you can purchase a recording for the same price as attending live by emailing [email protected].

How do I add a governor to the website?
Answer: If you are a Bursar/Clerk you should have permission to add governors.  To watch a short video clip of how to add governors please click here.  Please note there is no sound on the clip.

How can I reset my password?
Answer: Once you have logged in you can go to Update Details and then select the right hand option Reset Password.

Minutes

How long should the school keep minutes for?
Answer: You will need to check your data rention policy. Minutes should be kept for one inspection cycle.  Good practice since lockdown is that minutes are not printed out.

Should minutes be shared with parents?
Answer:
Unlike state maintained schools, Independent schools are not obliged to share minutes and AGBIS would recommend that minutes are kept confidential and should not be shared with parents.
