Dale Walmsley

Dale Walmsley is a partner at First Actuarial, an actuary with 25 years’ pensions experience and head of First Actuarial’s Public Service Pensions group. Dale spends much of his time advising independent schools and other not-for-profit organisations. Dale is also the independent actuarial advisor to the NHS Pension Scheme Advisory Board. First Actuarial’s culture is to have an open mind to each school’s pension challenges as, although there will be similar cost and risk challenges for all schools, each has its own unique culture and ethos.
