How to Work Effectively with your Designated Safeguarding Lead

This presentation is suitable for aspiring, new and experienced nominated safeguarding governors. Whether you are new to the role or looking to refresh and develop your knowledge, the session will provide practical guidance, real-life scenarios and practical tools to help you to fulfil your role effectively and with confidence.

  • A clear understanding of the distinction between strategic governance and the operational role of the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
