It will explore how chairs can lead inclusive boards, shape a more intentional approach to recruitment, and create the conditions for more diverse perspectives around the table. The session will also reflect on AGBIS’s 'Trust but Verify' principle, helping Chairs think about how to support school leaders in their EDI work while still holding them to account in a constructive and informed way.
