Several AGBIS member schools have offered to
host Regional Governors' Meetings, following successful meetings around
the country.
If any schools or AGBIS representatives are interested in organising future regional events, please contact the
Training & Membership Secretary on
training@agbis.org.uk. The next Regional Meeting is due to be held at King
Edward VI School, Southampton on Tuesday 7th October, 2008.
AGBIS holds a list of potential governors the majority of whom are ex-heads and ex-bursars. Any AGBIS member schools requiring the names and details of prospective governors should contact us detailing their requirements. We are always interested to hear from persons who would like their name included on our list. Please download and complete the attached form and either post it/email it to the AGBIS office, alternatively Email admin@agbis.org.uk for more information on potential governors.
